We had a new AC installed by them. Ray was able to come by in half an hour after I spoke to him on the phone. He was courteous and did a quick inspection and gave me a quote which was $1000 lesser than some that I had received. He arrived promptly at 8 and was done by 11. ALso showed me that the heater & humidifier were working correctly after the AC install. Excellent service -will definitely use them again.

We fired up the furnace yesterday and .... nothing. We were a bit concerned as we have young kids and the weather had starting turning colder a few days back. I called Zagros Heating and they came out the same day (very punctually within the 2 hour window they gave us). Ray was a very personable gentleman - he immediately got to work and found the problem within about 20 minutes. He showed me the issue (blower was not spinning) and took the time to explain a few other things to me - e.g. how to set the house humidifier for optimal year-round comfort, etc. A great experience all around. We will definitely be having Ray come out again whenever we need help with our AC or furnace.

I hired Zagros based on previous reviews. i was not disappointed. ray arrived as scheduled. unlike previous estimators who were quite insistent that my problem was very serious and needed to be replaced immediately, he gave me options and repaired the problem the next day. the price was fair and i was very much satisfied with the work. because of this positive experience i intend to have Zargos install a new air conditioner and furnace system next season

Ray first helped us when we still had 2-year home warranty for our rental property. He's always on-time and honest, and would say there's nothing wrong with my HVAC if there's really nothing wrong after the tenants made false alert. He then replaced the outdoor unit for us, installed the missing emergency heating component in another property's HVAC system due to an unscrupulous company. One year later, we had issue with that system again, Ray came out and replaced the old wires at no cost. I'm glad to have found a trustworthy go-to company for my HVAC need.

They did a great job and we were especially impressed by the way they listened to all our concerns and made every effort to meet them. We asked Zagros to return to make a few very minor but meaningful adjustments on two occasions and they responded and exceeded our expectations. We will call on Zagros anytime we need support for the system and I know they will respond promptly and provide the correct solution.
